Frequently asked questions
Will Wolt know I use the app?
No. The app does not connect to your platform account. You enter the figures yourself.
How long does logging take?
About 30 seconds after a shift: earnings, hours and odometer kilometres. You set up the vehicle only once.
Where do I get the real kilometres?
From your vehicle's odometer. Reset it before the shift and note it afterwards. The platform app does not include every trip.
Why pay if logging is free?
Right now you do not have to; everything is free. When PRO opens, history older than 7 days, monthly trends and export will need PRO. Logging stays free, and early users get priority: anyone on the Founding 50 list hears first.
Why does the calculation exclude taxes and contributions?
Because they differ for everyone. For some, delivery is their only income; for others it is one of several income streams of their business, and different self-employment schemes pay very different amounts. So the app shows what you keep after driving costs, and you deduct taxes and contributions for your own status or with an accountant. The app is not a tax record.
Can I delete or export my shifts?
Yes. You can delete any shift at any time and export the monthly overview to CSV.
